Hello there! I hope that you're enjoying the start of 2011... it's cold and blustery here with expected snowfall starting tomorrow. Brrr! Weather like this makes me want to make soup and bread and bake all kinds of yummy things while staying warm in the house - which is why my first Mention of the year makes perfect sense for this time of year!
